$75 000 p/a (minus $440 per week for bills and your own self-contained accommodation.)

You will have your own self-contained flat with bed/bath/kitchen/sitting room.

Our busy professional family are looking for a live in Housekeeper/Nanny for their beautiful property in Mooroduc. The family have a 9- and 6-year-old, a dog, 2 cats and 2 Ponnies.

Requirements;

  • Police check, WWC and first aid
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Driver’s license and car (bonus). The family may be able to provide a car if needed.
  • Ability to do a variety of tasks
  • Independent and positive attitude
  • Comfortable with animals (dog and cat)
  • Reliable, flexible and hard working
  • Single or couple but no kids or animals

Job description;

  • Tiding and cleaning house
  • Changing bedsheets
  • Washing and ironing
  • Clean out fridge and pantry
  • Grocery shopping
  • Cooking a few nights a week
  • Prepare school lunches
  • Picking up kids from school
  • Supervising children on Tuesday and Thursday after school.

Executive Housekeeper – Darling Point

Full-time; 38 hours per week.

Our professional clients are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join their team in a private home in Darling Point. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of their household while ensuring the smooth operation of various domestic tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • General housekeeping duties, including light cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
  • Wardrobe management and dry cleaning when required.
  • Assisting with events and functions when required.
  • Grocery shopping, including in-person shopping for freshest fruits and breads.
  • Monitoring and managing food inventory in the house, including cleaning out fridge and freezer of expired items, maintaining pantry quantities and expiration dates, and occasional basic cooking.
  • Setting tables for lunches and dinners, coordinating with chef and other household staff when needed.
  • Packing and unpacking for weekends, holidays, and after trips, including collections from stores as needed.
  • Light babysitting of the kids at home when necessary, including picking up/dropping off kids if needed for conflicting events.
  • Cleaning the children’s school bags, lunch boxes on occasion.
  • Upkeeping the house to high standards, ensuring tidiness throughout, and decluttering/organizing spaces/cupboards.
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist with various tasks around the house as needed.
  • Prepare guesthouse for visitation.
  • Assisting on the holidays with setting up decorations, wrapping gifts etc.

Requirements:

  • Must have own car – you will be reimbursed.
  • 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Current police check
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for occasional evening or weekend work.

Housekeeper – Cronulla

Monday – Friday; 30-35 hours per week.

A busy professional couple are looking for an amazing Housekeeper (with a little Nanny duties). The family have 3 children, 8, 7 and 5 years. The family have recently just built the large home, so are looking for an energetic Housekeeper who is capable of working with high end fixture and fittings. The family are also open to considering candidates who can only work 4 days per week.

Job description;

  • First thing in the morning will be caring for the children whilst parents are training.
  • Assist children to get dressed.
  • After the children have left, cleaning the house.

Duties include, families washing and ironing. Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types. Dusting, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen. Emptying bins.

  • The home is a new build, all Finishes/furniture/tiles/stone all materials are of a high quality and knowledge of what cleaning products are to be used (consult with parents first).
  • Run errands to local stores on occasion to drop off dry cleaning or pick up some groceries on average twice a fortnight.
